Third-party notices for optional 3D features

This notice covers the optional 3D dependencies vendored with Snowpulse. A game that redistributes the corresponding binary should retain these notices with its other third-party acknowledgments. The authoritative copies remain in the vendored source directories.

From the repository root, verify the exact source notices before packaging a distribution:
